How does it work?
- First, book a date and time to get your permanent jewelry.
- Second, choose the chain model and how long you want it.
- The chain will be secured with the pulse arc welding technique. Welding is safe and quick.

Please note that a credit card number is required to reserve your permanent jewelry appointment. Nothing will be debited from your card unless there is a no-show or a late cancelation. In case of a no-show or if you cancel your appointment 24 hours before the chosen date, a cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card. You can change the date and time of your reservation up to 24 hours before.
Camillette permanent bracelets and necklaces are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of installation. Note that the 3-month warranty excludes anklet bracelets.
If your permanent jewelry breaks due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair it at no charge. After the 3-month warranty period, we are happy to reweld or repair your jewelry for a service fee of $20. Chain replacement is not included in the warranty or repair service. Any request for chain replacement will be at the client’s expense. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, stretching, snagging, or broken chains caused by everyday use.
